There is a complete commentary on NT by a conservative Lutheran,
RCH Lenski, in 12 volumes published now by Hendrickson. He does
interact with the Greek on a scholarly level but not with
a lot of footnotes and technicalities.

 Don't ignore JA Bengel, /Gnomon Novi Testamenti/, E.T. by AR Faussett, T&T
Clark, Edinburgh, 1859, 5 vols. (Gnomon of the New Testament). It's old and
it's patchy, but when it's good it's very very good. Get it from libraries.
