I think my problem is I have not understood the  high level structure of
your analysis. Are you taking an Isaianic-New-Exodus (Rikki Watts) approach
to Mark's *meta-narrative? I have read R. Watts on this more than once but
his model has never really been absorbed into my way of seeing Mark's
gospel.

This might explain why I don't quite comprehend what you are doing. This is
off topic so I will drop it now.
