Not very likely, in my opinion. I would certainly assume an Aramaic
original for this, as (older) idiomatic Greek would surely have something
like hETEROS MEN PARALAMBANETAI, hETEROS D' AFIETAI ... hETERA MEN
PARALAMBANETAI, hETERA D' AFIETAI.
