Hello,
In Blass-Debrunner/ Rehkop ( german ed. 15. Auflage, 1979, 249) the reference to the indirect questions are related to relatives. BDR cites Acts 9,6 . It is interesting that also quoted , as parallel, Herm S 8,1,4 ( The Simillitudes of Hermias) . But I was interested to ask to some fellow of the List if it is a normal rule in Classical, Biblical and Patristic Greek ( it seems so) and, if it so according the common grammatical sense, where could I find another examples of Patristic witnesses about. Only in the Lampe Lexicon?
Excuse if this question is not well done.
Sincerely, Francis
