Here we see EPISTREFW used twice in close proximity. One intransitive and
one transitive. Both translate the Hebrew shwb, where the Qal form is used
in the end of verse 9 and the Hifil in the beginning of verse 10.
Thought this was a curio of sorts, but there is nothing really puzzling
about it.
