QEOPNEUSTOS

Thayer says QEOPNEUSTOS is from the two words QEOS (God) and PNEW
(breathe), therefore "inspired of God." I suppose it would be acceptable
read this in 2 Timothy 3:16 as "...given by the breath of God." Now the
noun form of PNEW is PNEUMA (a gentle movement of air, but usually
spirit.) Could the use of QEOPNEUSTOS in 2 Timothy 3:16 suggest "...given
by the Spirit of God?"
