Rom. 2:6-8
hOS APODWSEI hEKASTWi KATA TA ERGA AUTOU
TOIS MEN KAQ' hUPOMONHN ERGOU AGAQOU
DOXAN KAI TIMHN KAI AFQARSIAN ZHTOUSIN, ZWHN AIWNION:
TOIS DE EX ERIQEIAS KAI APEIQOUSI THi ALHQEIAi
PEIQOMENOIS DE THi ADIKIAi,ORGH KAI QUMOS

Given the parallelism (hopefully highlighted by the formatting) in this
text, why are ORGH and QUMOS nominatives? I expected accusatives.
