There is no "tense" within Greek that denotes "foreverness."
The answer must lie on the lexical side of the equation, not
the syntactical side.
I have no idea if there is a "construct" that the Greeks
reserved for this very occasion, but here is one that
certainly states exactly what you seem to be looking for:
....EIS TOUS AIWNAS TWN AIWNWN
Whenever this "construct" is used, you can beat that what it
is modifying is doing so to express "foreverness."
