This little note from Brent awoke a question that have been long
slumbering in the back of my head. When I took a course in Greek grammar
some years ago a part of our exam consisted of proving our skills by
translating a Swedish text (itself being a translation) back into Greek.
During this exam each student was provided with a Swedish-Greek lexicon!
Needless to say this lexicon was a machine typed copy of a much older
lexicon and impossible to find in any bookshop.

Now I'm just keen to know. Does any english-Greek (or German-Greek)
lexicon exist on the market or is any in the process of being released?
