I don't know of any offhand, but if I had to bet on one or the other, I'd
say it's probably in German. Why? I know of one such resource for Akkadian,
in German. I know of one such resource for Hebrew, also in German. In fact,
the Hebrew is the supplement volume to HALAT, which never made it into the
English translation (HALOT). I'm not sure what it is--maybe the tendency
toward a more classical mentality that produced scholars who not only read
but composed their own texts in Latin.
