Text Recommendation?

I've been asked to offer an Introductory Course in Greek at a small Bible
Institute here in Dallas. Due to time constraints on myself I won't be
offering until Summer, it will be 10 week course (about 20 hours of
classtime). It's a course designed not to teach the whole grammar of Greek
but to provide a foundation for a full Greek regimen (for the Bible
College/Seminary student who is dreading the Greek classes coming up) as
well as to allow the "laymen" to be able to conceptually understand the
exegetical commentaries and get some exegetical insight out of an
interlinear. It will also be a refresher course for the seminary graduate
who has made the $3000 mistake (not continuing in the languages). I taught
this a few years ago at another Bible Institute but could not find a text
that is still in print, and that being my first time designing a course, it
was rather difficult without a text. Does anyone have a recommendation for
a text (similiar to Goodrick's, but still in print) that would fit the
objectives of such a course. I do have a backup plan if no such
"appreciation" text is available.
