Bill Mounce wrote a GRADED GREEK READER to be used by 2nd-year Greek
students in conjunction with Wallace. As I think all or most of the
exercises are from NT texts, a translation can be your "answer key." Also,
an Analytical Lexicon can serve as your "answer key" for parsing
exercises.

Because Mounce's 1st-year grammar book only gives you words that occur 50x
or more in the NT, Zondervan has a 12-week, 6-lessons-per-week, Summer
Reader that acquaints you with words that occur 20x - 50x in the NT, as
the GRADED GREEK READER assumes knowledge of words that occur 20x - 50x,
as the notes/footnotes only give you information for words that occur less
than 20x.

There is another book in the series which goes into diagramming and
discourse analysis, but it has no real "answer key."

Work through Wallace's GRADED READER and read through Wallace and I think
you'll accomplish some or much of what you're wanting to do.
