Not really; this is standard omission of a copula (ESTIN) between a clearly
indicated subject (hO QEOS, TIS) and a clearly indicated predicate (hUPER
hHMWN, KAQ' hHMWN).
Rom 5:18, on the other hand, makes the verbal force reside in the verbal
nouns and adverbial prepositional phrases.
