You could buy a photocopied-and-bound "reprint" of A Grammar of the Old
Testament in Greek, Thackeray, Henry St. John, 1909 from Good Books (2456
Devonshire Rd., Springfield, IL 62703) for $30 + 10% shipping (in US).
Good Books reprints (photocopies) rare out-of-print books on the Hebrew
OT, Greek NT, ancient versions, ancient texts, Calvinism, etc. Typically,
it seems, they charge around 8 - 12 cents per original page (atypical
pricing tending to go upward from there). Books not having oversized
original pages, are printed two to a page, and bound on, I think, the left
edge of left page. Copy quality may vary according to quality of their
original.
I could scan their 1-page "Terms of Sales" from their latest catalog and
send as a .jpg file to you or to others interested (give me a day or
so...). One quaint side to their business: no credit cards, no telephone,
fax or email orders -- snail mail only.
