What? Two full days without any posts to the list? Long July 4 weekend for
U.S. list-members? But what about the rest of our far-flung friends from
abroad? At any rate, I've just discovered some interesting stuff on the web
this morning that might be of interest to B-Greekers:
I think I may have called attention to this site before, but there is a lot
of good stuff on it and it's getting updated fairly frequently:
Greek Grammar on the Web:http://perswww.kuleuven.ac.be/~p3481184/greekg.htm
In particular there's up-to-date info and links on Greek fonts currently
available on the internet:
Greek Fonts: http://perswww.kuleuven.ac.be/~p3481184/greekg/fonts.htm
and there's a listing of links to quite a variety of ancient Greek texts
(some of them Biblical and several sites of which I had no previous
awareness), many of them readable in Unicode Greek fonts:
Reading Ancient Greek Texts:
http://perswww.kuleuven.ac.be/~p3481184/greekg/reading.htm
So, if you're not going to communicate with other B-Greekers, go read some
Greek!
