In your first sentence (Yes.), there is no subject or verb! You
could have written this out in a more understandable form in case
someone two thousand years later tried to reconstruct your
statement. Perhaps, you could have written:
"I agree with your comment, George."
But of course, many, being native English readers,
understood what you meant. And I note that in Greek, both
classical and Koine, that it is commonplace to not provide a verb.
To native Greek readers, this was not the least bit awkward
nor would it be considered outside an "understandable form."
