> >THN TWN hAGIWN hODON
Well I've been working on my Greek lately and when I
looked at this I thought I knew all the words (that
always makes me rather excited).
Can someone verify whether my impression is correct?
Looking at this it seems like THN is hODON's definite
article and that TWN goes with haGIWN. This seems
weird to me because that would mean that hODON's
definite article is not right next to it. Does this
happen a lot in Greek?
And I know that hAGIOS is "holy," and it seems to me
that I rememer hODOS meaning "way." Can anyone
confirm this?
And, though I think I know all the words, I still have
no idea how to translate this. Go figure.
