You could check out Asbury Theological Seminary's ExL program which
offers distance learning courses in Greek. There are two tracks,
a two semester Comprehensive Greek which uses Black's textbook and
a 1 semester Concise Greek which is geared toward using Greek tools
such as references and Bibleworks. See:
http://www.ats.wilmore.ky.us/virtual.htm
It looks like comprehensive greek 1 (NT501) will not be offered until fall
2003.
