No, it wouldn't. CRIW is used for consecrating a sacrifice or setting apart
a building or person for use by God. As an extension it is used to set apart
somebody for a ministry for God, such as king, prophet or priest.
The word is used only 5 times in the NT. Four times it refers to God having
chosen and set apart Jesus for his ministry, and once it refers to setting
apart believers for ministry by anointing them with the Holy Spirit. What
people are anointed with in this kind of anointing is not oil, but the Holy
Spirit and power (cf. Lk 4:18, Acts 10:38, 2 Cor 1:21).
