Englished and Forwarded for Mme Chabert d'Hyères:
Lk 4:1 follow-up:
- KAI HGETO EN TWi PNEUMATI EN THi ERHMWi. [D05 B , L, W , Sinaiticus,
579, NA27 ]
- KAI HGETO EN TWi PNEUMATI EIS THN ERHMON. [A K M U etc]
- KAI HGETO UPO TOU PNEUMATOS EIS THN ERHMON. [N, 700]
Doesn't the phrase EN TWi PNEUMATI mean "in his spirit" or "mentally"
[It's worth noting that this is not the case in the similar phrase in Lk
2:27, since HLQEN governs the preposition EIS and cannot be taken in a
figurative sense.
HLQEN EN TWi PNEUMATI EIS TO hIERON
Simeon came into the Temple in the Spirit: he entered the Temple in body
following the revelation which he had had.
On the other hand, wouldn't Lk 4:1 be comparable to Rev 1:10?

Are there other comparable adverbial phrases implying "mentally," or
"spiritually?"
