I would analyse as follows: IWTA hEN H MIA KERAIA OU MH PARELQHi APO
TOU NOMOU is a nominal clause, the object of LEGW. It seems that both
indefinite temporal clauses introduced by hEWS AN are subordinate to
PARELQHi.
