Pronunciation of "Sinaiticus" etc.

I think that Jim's question is quite appropriate for list responses. If
Sinaiticus hasn't been discussed on B-Greek, it's probably because we don't
do textual criticism on B-Greek. I did a quick check for a web resource
indicating pronunciation of "Sinaiticus" but could find, surprisingly,
nothing. Does anyone know of a site or two that offers a pronunciation
guide for terms that a student of the GNT might find useful?
