I have figured out two ways to type polytonic Greek under Windows in
Unicode.  See this page:

Let me know if you have any questions or comments.

If you don't need accents or breathing marks, then the "Symbol" font
included with Windows would work.  Here is a page where you can convert
Symbol to Unicode:
