Hi Mark:
As one who has both (though I no longer own a Wintel machine), I must
say that there is a marked difference between the two. I fact, about
the only thing they have in common is that both utilize the Gramcord
tagged texts. Gramcord for Windows has the Bible Companion program,
which is (IMO) seriously outdated. As far as interface, tools,
available modules, etc., Accordance offers much more (I'm putting this
as diplomatically as I can). However, there has been some talk about
the Gramcord folks offering a new platform in the near future, which
may close the gap some.
