BDAG - where are *-*?

BAGD has *-* at the end of an entry to indicate that all NT occurrences
had been cited in the lexical entry (and * to indicate that all
occurrences in the literature had been cited, I think?).

I recently purchased BDAG. I'm impressed. Since I recently expressed here
some possible misgivings about BDAG based on some comments here, I wish to
retract those and say: Get BDAG if all you currently have is BAGD (I found
it for $85 on the Internet at one retailer). I love the extended
definitions, kind of like Louw & Nida for each word. There was some of
this in BAGD, but not nearly so extensive as is now in BDAG.

But ... unless I overlooked it or didn't note the "new" abbreviation/sign
for this, I cannot see that BDAG indicates when all the NT occcurrences of
a word have been listed in the lexical entry. Maybe it's explained in the
lengthy introduction. It's not listed on the Abbreviations page as it is
at the top of that page in BAGD.
