Yes, I think that's pretty much right. hOSOI DE ELABON AUTON, EDWKEN AUTOIS
EXOUSIAN TEKNA QEOU GENESQAI, TOIS PISTEUOUSIN EIS TO ONOMA AUTOU.
The appositional force might be conveyed thus: "As for those who accepted
him, he gave to them, i.e. to those believing in his name, power/right,
i.e. the power/right to become children of God."
