[B-Greek] Accusative in John 2:11

Unquestionably this is awkward Greek; one would expect an article TOUTO TO
DEUTERON SHMEION but the article is wanting; the PALIN with DEUTERON seems
pleonastic; it's almost as if TOUTO PALIN DEUTERON should be understood as
an adverbial construction rather than as an adjectival qualifier of
SHMEION: "This second time again did Jesus perform a sign." That may
conceivably be what the author intended, but it is indeed awkward.
