I picked up a used 3-volume set several years ago of the Second Edition
(1973).
I. Sight and Sound; Nominal System; Verbal System
II. Syntax
III. Appendices; Paradigms; Index
In the first volume Funk writes "Exercises and directions for practice
will
appear separately as a workbook." (Vol I. p. xxvi)
Is there another volume to this set (out of print, too, no doubt) that
serves
as the exercise/workbook?
