Yes, it is.  There is some argument whether the phrase is MONOGENHS,
MONOGENHS UIOS or MONOGENHS QEOS.  The most recent scholarship chooses the
latter.  All three readings may be found in the manuscripts, so it is a
matter of textual criticism.

That is impossible to know with certainty.
