The file 20.Psalms.par gives
&B(	PLHRW/SEIS ME [15.11]
&MXWT	EU)FROSU/NHS [15.11]

As pointed in the Massoretic Text, &OBA( is a noun: "fullness", in construct
with "joys." Perhaps the translator read &B( as a participle, "filling"?
