This is my first post here. I am just a student and I am inclined to read 
much more than to post.
Seems like the Hebrew just says "fullnes of joys _is_ before your face" 
without the verb, thus implying verb "to
be".
"&oBa( &:MFXoWT" - "fullnes of joys" in constuct chain. This construction 
happens only one time in Tanakh.
