[B-Greek] Temporal Element of MELLW

There seems to be no basis for such a claim. Did the person give reasons or
evidence?
Sometimes a time word is added as in Luke 19:11 (they thought something was
going to happen immediately - PARACRHMA MELLEI - but they were wrong.) or as
in Acts 24:15 hEAUTON DE MELLEIN EN TACEI EKPOREUESQAI - he intended to go
there soon.
