The EN MESWi . . . KAI EN MESWi simply refers to being between the two 
objects mentioned.  It should be understood and translated as "between A and 
B".  This comes from the Hebrew.  I refer again to Gen 3.15 where the Hebrew 
reads

W:)"YBfH )f$iYT ** B."YN:Kf  W.B"YN ** Hf)i$.fH ** W.B"YN ** ZaR:(:aKf ** 
W.B"YN ** ZaR:(fH.

Literally,

And enmity I will place BETWEEN you AND BETWEEN the woman AND BETWEEN her 
seed AND BETWEEN your seed.

Only one "between" is needed for each pair of EN MESWi . . . KAI EN MESWi
