In Mk 14:20 several witnesses (B, C*, Theta, 565) read:
EISTOENTRUBLION
This is commonly referred to as EIS TO hEN TRUBLION.
But it is basically also possible that it reads EIS TO ENTRUBLION. So
actually MS Theta (according to Gregory). Also B/03 has a smooth
breathing. What exactly C* and 565 read, I do not know.
Now my questions are:
1. Does this word ENTRUBLION ever turned up anywhere? And what could be
the meaning?
2. Does the phrase EIS TO hEN TRUBLION turned up anywhere?
Best wishes
Wieland
