[B-Greek] Greek letters discontinued

Mitch:
The letters digamma/stigma, koppa, and sampi dropped
out of the Greek alphabet, It was made official in 403
B.C. when Athens officially adopted the Ionian
alphabet over the Attic alphabet. so if you have to
have an official date, then 403 B. C. would be a
choice
