I have noticed a number of various Erasmian pronunciation systems
mentioned by subscribers to this list. I'm curious as to how much
variation there is within the academic pronunciation. For anyone
interested, I would like to perform an off list survey of different
styles of the academic pronunciation. I will compile the data and in
about a week post a link to the results. To make the survey as simple
as possible, I will use the pronunciation style which I learned in
seminary as the default. This should not imply that it is the
"standard". If this sort of statistical information is already
available somewhere please let me know.
