[B-Greek] pronunciation survey addition

Thank you, to all who have already responded to the pronunciation 
survey.  Many people kindly included diphthong information which I had 
forgotten to place on the survey.  So for those who are still planning 
to respond, here is the updated survey including diphthongs.
