[B-Greek] Very portable lexicon

Someone was inquiring a while ago about a handy, portable lexicon, not wanting to lug BAGD around but also wanting more detail than the Lexicon that UBS has published as a companion to UBS GNT. I have a lexicon published by S. Bagster &Sons, London. Sorry, no date given, but it must be at least 100 years old. It is 3in.x4in.x 1/2in. thick, hardcover. The print is very small so it gives a remarkable amount of detail, such as derivations, a fuller definition than the old BAGD and a few scripture references for each meaning a word may have.In some instances, when a word ocurrs only a few times all passages are cited.

Its title is "The Polymicrian Greek Lexicon to the New Testament", by W. Greenfield. The preface says it was designed as a companion to "The Polymicrian Greek Testament". I have never seen any reprint of it but it has no equal so it certainly should be reprinted. Does anyone know anything more about this lexicon, as to plans for reprinting?
