There are always private printing institutions who have booths at the ETS
Conference (Nov in Atlanta) or SBL (same place). You might try taking it
with you if you are going and present the idea to them. You also might
think of reproducing it yourself with the new Logos module that will be out
next year so that Libronix users can obtain it. I grabbed a copy I saw
through a used book dealer just to look at it. Since I run into obscure
things all the time as I teach in Trinidad I'd like to be familiar with
it. There were some notes on the Web about an accompanying NT; it seemed
to be a BYZ text, which would be expected based on it late 19th century
print date.
