Yes, it's called the Nestle-Aland 27 (i.e 27th. edition )
There's been a thread:  Subject: [B-Greek] UBS 4 vs. Nestle 27, starting on 
Oct 3, so go to the archives and look for this subject line.
Primarily, this discussion has been about the particular font used -- and 
as you will see, there is a sharp division of opinion.
However, the N/A 27 is available in a "large-print" edition --- not as big 
a difference in the font size as in novels, etc  conventionally called 
"large-print editions" but it does make quite a difference for aging eyes!

Oh, two other differences:
N/A 27 has the more extensive critical apparatus of the two ( not something 
that will concern you to start with, I should think ) and
N/A 27 has the Eusebian Canons numbering in the outer margin ( an even more 
esoteric topic for a beginner <g> )
