I would think that your alternative should be hOTI (hO) CRISTOS (ESTIN) (hO)
KURIOS IHSOUS. The predicate ought to come first because this is the topic
of the declaration. The content of the previous verse also suggests that the
topic is one of rulership as Lord of heaven and earth, and that each
individual will one day acknowledge that lordship. This talks about all
people, not just the Jews who will acknowledge him as both Messiah and Lord.
A somewhat similar phrase is found in 2 Cor 4:5
OU GAR hEAUTOUS KHRUSSOMEN ALLA IHSOUN CRISTON KURION
Paul says that we don't preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as/being Lord.
Here I believe IHSOUN CRISTON is fronted because of the focus on the
contrast between ourselves - fronted hEAUTOUS - and JC.
