 Dear Susan

If you compare the Jerusalem Bible version of Judith, you'll see that the
verse order is extremely dislocated. The verse order in the JB for Judith
 13:11ff is 11, 13, 12, 14, 13, 15, 16, 14, 17-18, 15, 19, 16, 20, 17, 22,
 18, 23, 24, 19, 25, 20, 26.

My Brenton LXX does not contain Judith at all; only the canonical books.

The Latin Vulgate for Judith 13:19 reads (literal translation)
"And proffering from the bag the head of Holfernis, she held it up saying
'Behold the head of Holfernis the chief military commander of the Assyrians,
and behold the canopy in which he lay in his drunkenness, where also by the
hand of a woman the LORD our God struck him down'."

Sorry I can't supply the Greek words your students are asking about. Are you
sure the correct reference is 13:19?
