[B-Greek] Vowels in DAUID

This suggests that the convention of placing the breathing mark in GNT
texts (N-A, USB) over the U in words beginning with AU or EU or HU is in
a sense wrong, because AU/EU/HU should NOT be considered diphthongs .
and also suggests that the Erasmian pronunciation convention probably
should be modified to pronounce U as "v" or "f" when it follows E or A
or H.
