If you don't have to have two nouns, off the top of my head would be the 
uses of the dative and various prepositions after PISTEUW.  Also note the 
Acc. in 1Jn 4:16!

Since I'm not exactly sure what you're looking for, these in fact may be 
counter-productive, ie., there may in fact be no serious distinctions 
between them at all, rather they may just be exhibits of the penchant for 
Koine to use the prepositions more and more often (?).
