[B-Greek] Help Deciphering a LSJ reference

I agree with you that LSJ give a reference for Strabo as 17.3.7
The only problem I have with that is that the Perseus site lists only 14 
books for Strabo's "Geography"

Using my own Perseus program, I have found the only occurrence of EMPLOKH 
in Strabo
is in the form EMPLOKAS -- at 13.4.12 where the phrase is rendered in the 
Loeb translation as:
 >> The parts situated next to this region towards the south as far as the 
Taurus are so inwoven with one another <<

The translation of EMPLOKH at 1 P 3:3 [ braided ] is in line with that 
curiously old-fashioned term "invwoven" of the Loeb edition, and also in 
line with the two occurrences of the verb EMPLEKW [ 2 Ti. 2:4 and 2P 2:20 ] 
each translated as "entangled"
