[B-Greek] New Machen Text

The 2nd edition Machen is a new edit produced by Dan G. McCartney of
Westminister Seminary. McCartney calls it a conservative edit which focused
mostly on linguistic and pedagogical aspects of Machen's grammar. There
have been a lot of charts and other enhancements, but by and large it is
still Machen's old grammar. I have not compared the questions in the two
editions (sorry no time). I doubt they would have been changed in any
significant way since McCartney defends the made-up nature of Machen's
practice sentences.
