I have O'Brien's on Philippians, I believe (my books are all packed).
Word Commentaries and T&T Clark also deal with the Greek text, and the New International Commentary on the NT series does in the footnotes. All of these can be found for less than retail on the Internet, but they're not cheap. If you have access to a nearby seminary, browse their bookstore and library before buying any of these sight-unseen, as even highly-rated commentaries may not provide some specific things you want, and/or you may not like a particular author's writing style. The Baker Exegetical Commentary series also deals with the Greek text.
It's several decades old, and is uneven in its coverage, but the five-volume (small handy size, too) Expositor's Greek Testament (W. Robertson Nicoll, editor) can be had for $50 (retail $150) at http://www.christianbook.com - Christian Book Distributors ISBN: 1565630297. The text is STRICTLY in Greek (the only English is in the notes). You should always compare it with other commentaries, but it's one way to inexpensively get a complete commentary on the Greek NT, even though the notes can sometimes be more expository/homiletical than exegetical/grammatical. You can even use it as your Greek NT when studying a particular book, as it has the entire Greek text (but you may need your analytical lexicon or Zerwick-Grosvenor for words/forms you don't know).
