I've not taken the course, but Baptist Theological Seminary Richmond 
(BTSR) has been offering Greek via Internet instruction for some time 
now.  This is a Masters level course, and you would probably have to 
have a BA already to get in.  You can check it out at

Regarding Moody, I took one course through Moody a long time ago, and 
was not overly impressed with the course.  A friend took a course with 
Liberty (who also do Greek via mail/online) and was not too happy with 
that either.
