I had a legally blind student once whose vision was similar to what you described. I sat him at a small table directly behind me in the classroom, immediately beside the projection screen. I then made sure I used 36 point font on screen, which, when projected, was large enough for him to read. I printed all the quizzes & exams at large point size also. He had a reading machine that magnified the printed materials (textbook, NT, etc.). You might contact Bill Mounce directly. He might be willing to provide you with workbook material in a format that you could reproduce at 36 pt. for the student.

Subject: [B-Greek] Greek material for vision impaired student[Scanned]
Hello, all. I have a student in my Baby Greek class who is vision impaired.
The smallest ENGLISH font that he can read comfortably is 36 point Arial.
I need to find a way to take the materials, English and Greek, from Mounce's
BBG and workbook and make them accessible to him.
1. Has anyone else on list taught Greek to a vision-impaired student?
2. Does anyone have any tips, resources, etc., that I might make use of?
I assume this question is not too far afield for an onlist discussion, but
feel free to reply to me offlist as well.
