As the others have really answered your question, Eduard, I will only
clarify one point. There are a couple different electronic versions, from
what I understand. I have the Libronix (http://www.libronix.com) compatible
version from Galaxy Software (http://www.galaxie.com ). Galaxy is a
publisher of Libronix compatible material and the owner of Galaxy is a Net
Bible staff member and Dallas grad.
Understand this first:
1. Libronix is the Software Engine that allows you to view books,
journals and articles. It is a data storage, retrieval and manipulation
tool. http://www.libronix.com
2. Galaxie Software is an authorized publisher of material that is
Libronix compatible. http://www.galaxie.com and the NETBible is
specifically found at
http://www.galaxie.com/store/product.asp?ProductID=28 .
3. The format is totally expandable with packages and individual
books from Logos Research System (http://www.logos.com), who wholly owns
Libronix Corp and the Engine. So, therefore, your not just stuck with
the NETBible, you can grow your library to any number you can think of. I
personally have over 1200 books in my library and others have even
more! There are flash demonstrations on the Logos site, I recommend
you taking a look.
I hope that helps.
I will be out of the office until Saturday and will respond to e-mail and
the newsgroup, if applicable, then.
Thanks,
Wilson Hines

Dear Wilson:
Forgive me, but the more I read about this "Net Bible" the more confused I
get. Is it a PRINTED text, or a DIGITAL DOCUMENT? What really is this thing?

That is very, very interesting. I am amazed I even would say that. I
usually shy away from interlinears and things of that nature, and in this
case a diglot.
But, this really is nice.
I have the NetBible with my Logos system and enjoy the notes very much. I
don't like several of the readings I have read in the Bible itself; however
I think the notes are very good, as far as commentary or critical material
is concerned.
It may well be worth the price when you consider you can get it in genuine
leather as well as the fact that it has an 70 page appendix of "Additional
Critical Notes" that I find very interesting and many other small textual or
critical features I find interesting. And the wide margins are nice.
I recently had my wide margin N/A 26th along with my "Beginner's Greek
Grammar" by W. Davis rebound in leather by Ron's Bindery in Collegedale, TN.
Some of you may find the pics I took very interesting. There are four pics
and the URLs are as follows (please note I took them in hi-res mode and they
do take about 500 kb each. If your on dial up it will take maybe one or two
minutes each photo, but if your on DSL or other broadband it should suck it
right down):

Did everyone see this new item? I found this the other day and if someone
has already mentioned this, then I apologize for being redundant here.
